Observation of the interference between atmospheric-scale and solar-scale oscillations is one challenging tantalizing goals ongoing upcoming neutrino experiments. An inevitable first step required for such analyses to establish way how oscillation $S$ matrix can be decomposed into atmospheric solar waves, procedure dubbed as amplitude decomposition. In this paper, with use perturbative framework proposed by Denton et al. (DMP), we prescription decomposition which covers whole kinematical region terrestrial We analyze limits atmospheric- solar-resonance regions argue that dynamical two modes DMP interpreted matter-dressed oscillations. The expressions probability, are non-interference terms, derived all relevant flavor channels. Through construction decomposition, reveal nature $\psi$ ($\theta_{12}$ in matter) symmetry due rephasing invariance. A new picture perturbation theory emerged, a unified earth matter.
